Our Theatre Stars......

Like schools, theatre becomes exceptional when the community is central to everything they do. Afterall, theatre is the art of sharing stories; and by doing so, theatre reaches and celebrates all of our communities. In Discovery College’s Theatre programme, our goal is to nurture the artist in every child, and encourage them to share their stories with pride. 

Over the years, we have developed a culture that is passionate about the process of creating and performing pieces of theatre, right through the school from reception to graduation years. Each student group has the opportunity to perform, and in Drama, students devise at least one piece per academic year. This is where the students create original theatre stories that they want to share with their communities, developing their skills and craft through their projects in Drama.

Giving students opportunities in Performing Arts fosters creativity, self-expression, and teamwork in our students.
